Energy Health Centres are the nutrition offices for FEM Centre, as well as FEM Centres’ in-house laboratory and breast health tests offices. Food intolerance testing, diagnostic and metabolic testing, nutritional counseling, weight loss and weight maintenance programs, breast thermograms and HALO Breast Pap Tests, hormone injections, and blood tests are performed in these offices. Energy Health Centres are located in Fort Worth (in the same building as FEM Centre)  and in Colleyville (in the suite next to the FEM Centre medical office).

Toni Finsterwald, CNFC, joined the Energy Health Centre in November, 2003 as the Director of Nutritional Detoxification after previously serving as the National Director of Education for Be Healthy, Inc., which specializes in alternative treatments for immune system disorders. For more than 15 years Toni has focused her attention on current health epidemics including Candida, yeast overgrowth, depression, ADD, food allergies, fibromyalgia, diabetes, and auto-immune disease. The whole idea of coaching is the core of Toni’s programs. She has coached groups on psychological and dietary improvement for many years since finishing her education at Boston Bouvé School of Sports Education and Recreation Therapy in Boston, Massachusetts. Toni is available for nutrition consultations at Energy Health Centre offices in Colleyville and Fort Worth.

Maynon Ballow, BS, CN, is a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Christian University and Tarleton State University. She has a Health Promotions Director certification from The Cooper Institute, where she also was certified in Personal Training, Biomechanics, and Aerobics Training. Maynon has worked with FEM Centre since 2005, developing a loyal client following. Her education and experience as a Clinical Nutritionist gives her special insight into nutritional counseling, including dietary guidance and weight loss coaching. Maynon offers nutrition consultations at Energy Health Centre offices in Colleyville.

Toni Booker, CN, began her career in the health industry working in a health food store in Fort Worth. Her interest in nutrition was sparked by a chronic health problem which physicians had told her there was no way to improve. The prospect of having to live with this health issue motivated Toni to look for relief through nutrition. A co-worker gave Toni some recommendations regarding natural supplements for her health problem and it began improving immediately! Toni’s eyes began opening to the natural world, and she incorporated nutrition into her daily life. Inspired by her own health improvement, Toni became a Licensed Certified Nutritionist through the American Health Science University and National Institute of Nutritional Education. Toni has also supplemented her nutrition knowledge by experience with nutrition clients. She has applied her knowledge at home in how she raises her two children to value nutrition.Toni values helping people understand how their body works, helping clients realize that they CAN get well and overcome health problems, sharing and learning with FEM Centre physicians, and watching clients feel younger and healthier! Toni is available for nutrition appointments in the Fort Worth and Colleyville Energy Health Centre offices.
